Makati Shangri-La
Makati Shangri-La, Manila is located at the centre of Manila's most
prestigious business, shopping and entertainment district. Just 20
minutes away from the international airport, this award-winning hotel

the world. The TeleDevelopment Services 4th Annual Call Center and BPO Training
Convention and Awards will take place at the Quezon Ballroom of the hotel.
Language
The official language of the Conference is English. There will be no simultaneous translations during the Conference.
On-site Registration
Conference registration will take place at the Makati Shangri-La from 7:30 am to 9:00am on Thursday, March 11, 2009. Further details on registration times and procedures will be sent to registered delegates nearer the date of the Conference.
Dietary Requirements
Please indicate any special dietary requirements in the space provided on the registration form.
If requirements are not given at the time of registering, there is no guarantee that the special diet will be provided.

The exhibition will feature the latest developments in industry’s supply and demand.

The Organizing Committee is not liable for personal injuries sustained or for loss or damage to private property belonging to Conference participants, either during or as a result of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance coverage.
