The BPO Training Excellence Awards Philippines is the first and only awards program that
recognizes individuals and organizations for their exemplary achievements in the field of
call center, BPO, and KPO training.
The BPO Training Excellence Awards honors individuals and organizations for their
contribution to the Philippine outsourcing industry. By recognizing best practices,
innovation, and excellence, the awards also aim to encourage more individuals and organizations
to further enhance the delivery of support solutions and services for the outsourcing industry.
The BPO Training Excellence Awards is classified into Corporate and Individual awards.

All award categories are open to companies, organizations, and enterprises that have been providing
outsourced services to both on-shore and offshore client organizations in the Philippines as
their main line of business for the period 2000 to 2009. These companies may be further classified
as captive (internal) or non-captive (external) BPOs, and the services provided may be voice,
non-voice or IT-enabled, process or knowledge expertise-laden.
